Common things you might need

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open the App Store → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Gutlie. From there you can change plans or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the period ends.

Restore purchases

New phone or reinstalled Gutlie? Open the app, go to Settings → Restore purchases, and sign in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

Request a refund

App Store purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tell us what happened and we'll gladly help you sort it out.

Delete your account & data

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your logs and personal data. Prefer we do it? Email hello@gutlie.com from your account email.

Email & notifications

Manage in-app reminders under Settings → Notifications, or in your device settings. We'll only email you about your account or in reply to your messages.

Is Gutlie medical advice?

No. Gutlie is a gentle wellness and education tool — it doesn't diagnose or treat conditions. Please see a healthcare professional for medical concerns, and seek prompt care for severe or persistent symptoms.

What's included with Gutlie 360?

Gutlie 360 is the subscription that unlocks the full app: your personalized daily plan, the complete library of lessons, your Gut Score and streaks, and daily check-ins with your bunny buddy. It's available as weekly, monthly, or yearly plans.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store, tap your profile picture, choose Subscriptions, select Gutlie, then Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, Gutlie needs an active subscription again. Your entries aren't deleted, so you can resubscribe anytime and pick up where you left off (or delete your account to remove your data entirely).

Is my data private?

Yes. We don't sell your personal data, and we never use your health entries for advertising. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
